How to make CHICKEN PICKLE

Ingredients used in CHICKEN PICKLE

• Boneless chicken pieces - 500 grams.

• Oil - to fry.

• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.

• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.

• Dry coconut powder - 1 cup.

• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.

• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.

• Red chili powder - 3 tablespoons.

• Crystal salt - to taste.

• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.

• Lime juice - 2 tablespoons.

• Mustard powder - 1/2 tablespoon.

• Salt - to taste.

• Fenugreek powder - 1 pinch.

Method:

Wash boneless chicken pieces and remove moisture with cloth towel.

Divide chicken into two portion and to one portion add salt.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces and keep aside.

Heat oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, dry coconut powder,

 coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute it and switch off flame

To it 2 tablespoom red chili powder, crystal salt, half of fried chicken pieces,

tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon lime juice and mix it. check for seasoning.

Transfer into glass bowl, add oil and allow it rest for 2 days.

Now first method of chicken pickle is ready to serve.

To other half of fried chicken pieces add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, mustard powder, salt, vinegar,1 tablespoon lime juice, oil and mix it cover it with lid, rest it for 2 days.

Now second method of chicken pickle is ready to serve.
